ScannerGrid does not stream encrypted radio traffic unless it is part of a formal agency partnership. When an agreement is established with the originating agency, we are open to discussing responsible delivery options (such as access controls and/or appropriate delay) where allowed and appropriate. Our platform is designed to enhance public awareness without compromising responder safety or operational integrity.
